Overcoming Dayusness for underpaid doctors

(She acknowledged doctors were unhappy with the situation, especially the low on-call rate of RM9 per hour, but she says the strike is not a solution.)
Minimum pay is around 7.80. PH pays it's election workers this rate. Doctors are highly skilled and expensive to train. So much for paying for skills and productivity. Let alone resolving brain drain.

Strike is the only action, otherwise you continue to commit dayus, which means Muslims cannot go to heaven. Just hope that past dayus sins can be resolved by the mogok action, and it's repercussions. But if the verse of Quran which states that no forgiveness if deliberately committing sins, a form of syirik also in another verse, we have little hope.

Another option is to hate these low pay in our hearts at least. Hopefully it is just the lowest faith, not syirik. A better option is just to talk to patients or voters, who could influence the employer, at least more faith/Iman than just be silent.

What I fear is the destruction of the entire society, which I observe in Malaysia, especially Sabah due to dayus actions, not corruption. The damage caused by corruption is very small compared to the damage caused by dayusness.
