Manifesto of Sabil Party

The objective of this party is to govern in order to maximise the quality of lives of its citizens. The best way to achieve this objective is to adhere to justice and truth. The methods are based on ways that are proven to be successful in the developed nations, namely the West, and none from Muslim nations. The guiding document is the Quran, the holy book of the Muslims which the Muslims have abandoned but adopted by the West. It is not surprising that I use the Quran because I, the author of this manifesto is a practising Muslim. However, this manifesto is for every belief and religion because the aim of this party is global domination. You can even extend it to Mars or other planets that humans may colonise.

All manifestos are not solid but will be changed to suit the conditions of particular times and places.

Based on most developed nations:

1. No Subsidies, to be replaced by direct cash handout

2. Maximum consumption taxes for everyone but cash handouts will be delivered in advance

3. Justice is paramount and not based on written laws, with the quran as the highest authority

4. Truth is paramount so that you cannot be prosecuted if you tell the truth.

5. No death penalty.

6. Freedom to practise religions and behaviours that do not directly impact other beliefs and religions.

(The quran stated that there is no compulsion in religion, but the Muslims practice is the opposite, by giving exemptions for those already Muslims, and giving rational that bad practises will influence practising Muslims. There is no mention of any exception in the quran and the hadith is not clear and all are twisted in their interpretations. Another verse clearly states that a Muslim faith does not exist if the faith is not tested, a very wise engineering practice.

As a Sabahan, in the Northern Part of Borneo, where in many parts  Muslims are still the minority, it is ridiculous to impose Muslim dress codes where natives wear loins and even women do not cover their breasts, and even now still bath completely naked.)

Additional manifestos that may differ from liberal developed nations:

1. No abortion except when the life of the mother is in danger.

( The life of any human, no matter how small they are, must be preserved. No right to privacy if they interfere with the rights of other human beings)

2. No time limitation to any crime or debt. All injustices must be investigated and prosecuted.

(Only one quranic verse states that there is no forgiveness if the sin is committed intentionally. Therefore, all verses about forgiveness refer to unintentional sins. Personally I never forgive anyone who intentionally do wrong to me based on my logic which were supposed to be against Islamic teachings but I ignore them as being illogical.)

3. All records of crimes must be public for ever.

4. Head count tax or Zakat Fitrah in Islam.

( Many rebellions against colonolist including Mat Salleh in Sabah were based on disagreement on head count tax imposed by the colonists. It is strange to me when they are paying Zakat Fitrah regardless of their poverty as commanded by Islam, which effectively means that it is equivalent to the head count tax. It gave me ideas to allow consumption taxes for all items which should be allowed by the quran)

5. Minimum income tax.

( The income tax in Islam is only 2% but the quran does not specify any amount. It is the hadith, or practises of Prophet Muhammad that specify this amount. In economic principles, low income tax stimulates business which is good, but the poor suffers more.

6. Violence is allowed to protect the rights and well being of citizens in the best way possible, including targeting leaders first.

( I was blocked by Twitter for promoting violence when I propose that leaders should be killed first instead of the low ranking soldiers. This does not make sense because it is the most important tactic in any battle or war. It is the the liberal leftist that ignore reality which led Russia to invade Ukraine, a repeat of Hitler's Germany)

Economic principles

These manifestos are created based on established economic principles. They are applied for the common good or compassion, where the strong sacrifices something for the common good of the community. Compassion is the secret of the dominance of homo sapiens as written in the book: Sapiens : A Brief History of Humankind By (author)  Yuval Noah Harari. It is not based on survival of the fittest that is still applied by the animal kingdom and the Neanderthals. There are other research results that point out the benefits of compassion towards the survival of human communities.

The manifestos also do not forbid luxury or enjoyment of life or vanity. There are evidences that the pursuits of these apparently frivolus activities led to the development of the human body as well as their communities. In fact Islam strongly forbids the rejection of any reasonable pleasures of living. 

Diversity is important for the survival of humans and all living things. That is why racism in its true meaning, which is racial supremism, is both stupid because it promotes lies and not good for the survival of the human specie. The best of the black/Malay candidate may not be as good as the current all white/chinese team, but the inclusion of a diversified team provides more information and access to additional customers who are black/Malay. 

Diversity does not include destructive groups that deliberately promote lies such as the Chinese government, Russian government, Anti-vax, Nazis, ISIS, Alqaedah, Zionists etc. In Islam, these lying groups are called dajal, and it should include all Muslim nations that ignore the quranic command by using subsidies for consumer items, while pretending to be still Islamic.
