Quran surah An Nisa 17 in english translation

Sahih International

(4:17) The repentance accepted by Allah is only for those who do wrong in ignorance [or carelessness] and then repent soon after. It is those to whom Allah will turn in forgiveness, and Allah is ever Knowing and Wise.

Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali and Muhammad Muhsin Khan,

(4:17) Allah accepts only the repentance of those who do evil in ignorance and foolishness and repent soon afterwards; it is they to whom Allah will forgive and Allah is Ever All-Knower, All-Wise.

Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall

(4:17) Forgiveness is only incumbent on Allah toward those who do evil in ignorance (and) then turn quickly (in repentance) to Allah. These are they toward whom Allah relenteth. Allah is ever Knower, Wise.

(4:17) Allah accept the repentance of those who do evil in ignorance and repent soon afterwards; to them will Allah turn in mercy: For Allah is full of knowledge and wisdom.

(4:17) Verily, Allâh undertakes to accept the repentance of only those who do evil through lack of knowledge, then repent soon after. Such are the person towards whom Allâh turns with mercy. And Allâh is All-Knowing, All-Wise.

(4:17) But the repentance (is) at God to those (who) make/do the bad/evil with ignorance/foolishness, then they repent from near/close, so those God forgives on them, and God was/is knowledgeable, wise/judicious.

(4:17) God does accept repentance, but only of those who are guilty of an evil out of ignorance yet quickly repent, and God turns to them again, for God is all-knowing and all-wise.

Sesungguhnya penerimaan taubat itu disanggup oleh Allah hanya bagi orang-orang yang melakukan kejahatan disebabkan (sifat) kejahilan kemudian mereka segera bertaubat, maka (dengan adanya dua sebab itu) mereka diterima Allah taubatnya; dan (ingatlah) Allah Maha Mengetahui, lagi Maha Bijaksana.

SAHIH INTERNATIONAL

(4:116) Indeed, Allah does not forgive association with Him, but He forgives what is less than that for whom He wills. And he who associates others with Allah has certainly gone far astray.
 
No contradiction with An Nisa 17. Allah stated his wills as to only forgive those who are not intentionally committing sins.

Penyelesaian Masalah Letrik dan Air di Sabah

 Punca utama ialah tidak cukup peruntukan dari hasil Negara Sabah. Terlalu banyak di rampas oleh Malaysia iaitu Malaya. Kalau Sabah di peruntukan sama rata dengan Malaysia, tiada masalah, tapi sudah berpuluh tahun di peruntukkan kurang separuh dari Malaysia untuk seorang penduduk. Kenapa pentingnya duit? Perlu sediakan Leyrik lebih dari 100% sebagai back-up. Negara maju semua ada sekurang-kurangnya 30% lebihan kuasa janakuasa Eletrik, dan talian metrik. Kalau satu laluan putus, ada satu lagi. Di pantai timur Sabah ada 3 laluan dari Pantai Barat. Dari Ranau, Pitas dan Kalabakan. Bekalan air serupa juga. Mesti lebih dari 100% bekalan lah  Sama juga dengan paip-paip. Penyelesaian cara Islam ialah dengan menghapuskan Subsidi tapi di ganti dengan bayaran duit terus. Daripada duit di beri kepada pembekal Letrik, beri duit terus kepada semua rakyat sama rata.  Tapi, harga letrik di biarkan naik lah.
